Rachelle is a Masters-prepared Nurse Practitioner licensed in Ontario with over 20 years of healthcare experience.
Her clinical background includes emergency medicine, trauma, geriatrics, and neurosurgery, providing extensive experience caring for patients across complex medical and surgical settings.
Rachelle has completed advanced training in menopause care through the accredited Menopause Management Program offered by NP Circle and provides evidence-based support for individuals navigating perimenopause and menopause.
Services include lifestyle counselling, non-pharmacologic interventions, and Menopause Hormone Therapy (MHT) when appropriate, helping women manage symptoms while supporting their overall health, fitness, and quality of life.
This comprehensive consultation includes a detailed review of medical history, medications, surgical history, lifestyle factors, and symptoms related to the menopausal transition.
Together we will discuss your individual experience while addressing common symptoms and health concerns associated with perimenopause and menopause.
Treatment options may include:
• Lifestyle modifications
• Non-pharmacologic therapies
• Supplements
• Menopause Hormone Therapy (MHT) when appropriate
Laboratory or diagnostic investigations may be ordered when clinically indicated to exclude other causes of symptoms.
Hormone testing is not routinely required for management of perimenopause or menopause and is generally not used for treatment titration in accordance with Canadian menopause guidelines.
A detailed treatment summary and follow-up plan will be provided following your visit.
Led by a Nurse Practitioner with over seven years of neurosurgical experience, this consultation provides comprehensive assessment and management for individuals experiencing spine-related concerns.

• Functional limitations
The consultation includes review of:

• Surgical history

Pilates is a low-impact mind-body exercise method focused on core strength, mobility, flexibility, posture, and movement quality.
As a certified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor, Rachelle provides private and group sessions emphasizing:

• Safe modifications for injuries and limitations
• Movement education and body awareness
• Rehabilitation-informed exercise
Sessions may be adapted for pregnancy, older adults, and individuals recovering from injury.
